BOCA Group is the elevator consultant on the three-car modernization project located at 5000 Towns Center in Southfield Michigan. The unique, luxury, 36-story condominium building houses over 200 residents. 

Our team prepared the modernization scope of work and led the competitive bidding process with elevator contractors in the area. 

The project includes replacement of the electrical components, including the controller, drive, and wiring, as well as key mechanical components such as the main machine, motor, door equipment, and push button fixtures. Elevator cabs will also receive updated ceiling finishes and lighting.

As the project moves into the negotiation phase, our team is focused on delivering a seamless modernization while minimizing disruption and maintaining normal operations for residents.
